STOCK AND AVAILABILITY MANAGEMENT
Tracking stock and availability. Our software tracks the actual stock level, taking into account the reservation of goods and orders placed with active suppliers. It ensures stock level control and automation of reordering processes by setting minimum thresholds and supplier lead times.
Products are organised into multi-level BOMs, including files and media elements. Components are classified according to the procurement method, which may involve the purchase of commercial components, in-house production, outsourced processing and assembly. By launching the production order, all necessary components are automatically reserved. Operators can consult the production instructions for each step of the production list.
The software supports the management of multiple warehouses, both in terms of accounting and physical management. The software can be interfaced with tracking devices to provide the position of packages to operators. Standard and customised interfaces are available to connect and control automated warehouses, virtual warehouses and automated handling systems.
SUPPLIER AND SALES ORDER MANAGEMENT
Departments can create purchase orders using a part cart. The purchasing manager can consolidate the carts and choose suppliers using a user-friendly Wizard. The software manages supplier lists for each component and the historical purchase prices. A selling price list and spare parts kits can be created for each product and component, which can be used by the sales department.

Real and virtual loading/unloading: the system enables the loading of raw materials, components and semi-finished goods in the warehouse with automatic generation of codes (QR/barcodes) to be affixed to the material/shelf. Unloading takes place both in automatic form, based on production, and in manual form (also with code scanning from a mobile device).
Positioning and Alerts: the module allows you to receive alerts on exceeding minimum stock quantities, based on the values set in the back-office for each component code. It also makes it possible to establish its positioning on the aisle/shelf/floor in the warehouse.
Multi-warehouse management: the software enables the management of various types of warehouses, whether classic or automatic. The module allows interfacing with third-party systems and interacting with them through flexible procedures to meet the customer's operational needs.
Historical data: the software traces warehouse movements and generates an historical log, thus offering a temporal report on stocks. This data is useful for order planning and consequent production scheduling.
Bill of materials: using the back-office function, the technical department can create and manage each individual component independently. It can also generate the bill of materials, selecting the components to be used to assemble a product. Finally, it can autonomously organise and manage the hierarchy of components.
Assembly Steps: the system makes it possible to establish assembly steps, i.e. the required procedures for the correct assembly of a product. These steps can be enriched by adding dedicated multimedia files, which will feature the screens displayed by the operator during the assembly phase.
Production management: the production manager can launch the production of one or more products and customise the bill of materials for each one, thus defining the technical characteristics of the product. The operator is notified of the tasks he has to perform so that he can manufacture the product on the basis of the production manager's instructions loaded into the software.
Testing and Acceptance: the operator can perform different tests and calibrations, recording the result via software using digital forms on dedicated pages (reproduced from the paper forms thanks to the CMS module). If the operator validates the successful completion of the test and acceptance phase, the product is moved into the storage area.
Suppliers and Sales Orders
Orders: to optimise supplier orders, the system implements a centralised procurement management. The Sales Orders module allows interfacing with billing software and communicating with it through flexible procedures to meet the customer's operational needs.
Procurement Management: the system self-feeds with each order, creating a purchase price history in order to propose statistics and suggestions on suppliers and price changes during the purchasing phase.
Delivery note loading and dispatch with packing list: by loading the delivery note on the portal, the system will automatically dispatch the purchase orders. It will be possible to process a sales order in several shipments by configuring the packing list. The shipment module allows interfacing with billing software and dialogue with it through flexible procedures to meet the customer's operational needs.
