The system allows the network to fill out claims easily and intuitively. The manufacturer's analysis process is supported by a powerful approval rule management algorithm that can be managed directly from a dedicated back-office.
Using a modern multi-level chat, the system integrates the technical support function within each specific claim. This function allows communications to be tracked, both between dealers and the help desk and between the various decision-making levels of the manufacturer.
The manufacturer can create and manage maintenance plans for each individual product by defining their intervals, recursiveness and content. An evolved algorithm is then able to propose the correct maintenance to the dealer at the task definition stage with the customer.
The platform allows to generate and manage after-sales services (e.g., extended warranty, spare parts kits and/or maintenance, etc.) and then suggest them to the network at key moments during customer interaction. A function capable of increasing the manufacturer's business while maximizing end-customer satisfaction.

Warranty & Service Management
Acceptance: the manufacturer can shape a guided process that allows the dealer to define the activities to be done together with the end customer. A process enhanced by secretarial functions (e.g., recall campaign reminder, maintenance, commercial package, deferred activities, etc.).
Claim fill-in: the dealer can look up the tasks to be done and, for each one, upload parts, labor, extras, and a variety of data and media files to further integrate the request.
Administrative analysis: the manufacturer's analysis process is aided by a powerful approval rule management algorithm that can be commanded directly from a dedicated back-office.
Check-out: the system tracks the return of the product to the customer through a specific procedure, enhanced by the digital signature function and the immediate e-mailing of the report to the customer.
Integrated Chat & Technical Support
Dealer communication: each claim on the list is enhanced with a chat dedicated to administrative and technical communication between the network and the manufacturer.
Internal communication: internal users can easily switch from chatting with the dealer to chatting with colleagues to hold all conversations within the claim.
Technical Support: the chat is easily switched to a modern ticketing system for technical support with which the network engages technical support figures on the manufacturer side.
Attachment: the communications can be enhanced by uploading multimedia files and documentation in any format.
Maintenance Plan, Campaign & Service Marketing
Maintenance Plan: through a dedicated backoffice, the system allows the manufacturer to generate maintenance plans with maximum flexibility, both in terms of content (checklists, spare parts kits, etc.) and assignment (model, version, etc.). An evolved algorithm is then able to propose the correct maintenance to the dealer at the task definition stage with the customer.
Recall Campaign: with this module it is possible to manage recall campaigns directly in the system. A back-office allows the manufacturer to define the parameters of the campaign: duration, models involved, VIN list, technical bulletins, etc. Then the algorithm suggests to the network the campaigns to be performed on the vehicles facing the service.
Service Marketing: this module allows to generate and manage after-sales services (e.g., extended warranty, spare parts kits and/or maintenance, etc.) and then suggest them to the network at key moments of customer interaction.
